Program Description

The B.A. in Business Management provides students with a broad exposure to the field and the practical knowledge and skills required to manage a functional area, project team, or department in public or private sector organizations. The program offers an additional career path for those students interested in developing their own business or becoming future entrepreneurs. Students can choose courses of interest outside the program as electives to gain a wider view and understanding of the world of business and entrepreneurship

The chosen course cannot be used to fulfill the General Education Requirement Area 5.

  • 13-17 credit hours of electives to complete 120 credit hours. Students are recommended to take these electives as part of a minor in a program such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Technical Communication.

  • Two semesters of a foreign language are suggested. 

  • Required classes cannot be taken on an S/U basis. B.A. degree must achieve a minimum GPA of 2.0.
