Program Science Option

Science Option 1:

B.S. in Physics with Astrophysics Option

Requirements

Requirements include the courses listed for the Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics, the General Education Core Curriculum, and the following courses:

PHYS 3025 (3), 3026 (3), 3027L (1), 3028L (1), 4025 (3), 4026 (3)

Program Science Option (must be declared with the Registrar Office)

Science Option 2:

B.S. in Physics with Atmospheric Physics Option

Requirements

Requirements include the courses listed for the Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics, the General Education Core Curriculum, and the following courses: PHYS 4027 (3), 4028 (3), 4032 (3), 4033 (3)

Note: PHYS 4027, 4028, and 4032 are offered in alternate years. Students may take one of the following sequences:

1. Junior year: PHYS 4027 (fall); PHYS 4028 (spring)

Senior year: PHYS 4032 (fall); PHYS 4033 (spring)

2. Junior year: PHYS 4032 (fall), PHYS 4033 (spring)

Senior year: PHYS 4027 (fall), PHYS 4028 (spring)

3. Junior year: PHYS 4032 (fall)

Senior year: PHYS 4027 (fall), PHYS 4028, PHYS 4033 (spring)
